The 2024 Modified Portable Ice House Show

The 23rd Annual “Modified Portable Ice House Show” is back and in full-force! Started and founded in 2002 in a park in St. Cloud, MN, this event was created to show off all of the cool and creative modifications you can make/add to a portable ice fishing house! “Trick your Trap” is another way of saying it! However, pop-up hub houses have been added to the list, too!! So show off your flip-over or hub-style shelter, have some fun with fellow ice fishing enthusiasts, and even have a chance to win some great prizes!!
Food trucks will be onsite as well for those looking to purchase a bite to eat!!

We will then select the top 5 fish houses from this event to be on display at the North Metro Ice Show the following weekend of October 26-27 for a chance at the Grand Prize (along with prizes for all top 5 winners!!). Otherwise this event is FREE to attend if you’re just looking to check things out and hangout at the party!
So get out in the garage and start “tricking out your fish house” and get ready for October 20 at the Adrenaline Sports Center in Ramsey, MN!!
